Every memorial begins with a conversation. During your initial consultation—whether in person, over the phone, or online—we’ll learn about your loved one, your vision, and your needs. We’ll ask about:

• The cemetery location and its rules

• Your preferred stone type and color

• Desired shape and size

• Engraving language, photos, vases, or religious symbols

  This is also when we’ll talk about budget, timelines, and answer any questions you have.

✏️ 2. Custom Design & Layout

Once we understand your needs, our design team creates a custom layout. You’ll receive a detailed draft that includes:

• Text layout with names, dates, and epitaphs

• Font and engraving style (including Zapf Chancery, Lato, or calligraphic serif)

• Placement of symbols, photos, or floral designs

  We offer revisions at this stage to make sure everything is perfect before moving forward.

After the final design proof is approved by you and your family, we send the order to production. Some cemeteries may also require design approval, and we’re happy to coordinate that step on your behalf.
